Cristina at The Oasis Anaheim made my entire experience feel smooth and easy from the start. She was always responsive, helpful, and clear, and had such a warm, easygoing way about her that made everything feel a lot less stressful. She really stayed on top of everything and made sure I felt informed throughout the process without overcomplicating anything. It was just a genuinely pleasant experience working with her. The property itself is also really nice…clean, well-kept, and the amenities are great. Everyone I’ve interacted with on the staff has been friendly and welcoming, which says a lot about the overall environment. Overall, Cristina was a big part of what made this such a positive experience. I’d definitely recommend working with her if you’re considering The Oasis.

Since we’ve moved in sept of 2025 at one of the townhomes, Elias has come through our place fixing every issue we have and he’s been efficient and swift with his repairs. Not only that, he explains everything thoroughly so us renters know what is happening every step of the way. A plus is that he’s also open to taking his shoes off at a no shoe inside apartment, which is rare with apartment maintenance techs these days.
