Our Maintenance team always responds promptly when something is wrong or needing attention in your apartment. Moises is very reliable, friendly and prompt when he says he is on the way. I just needed my filter changed this time for A/C / Heat.

We moved here to the Golden State from Ohio just a few months ago and I really must say that we owe a large debt of gratitude to Courtney the previous Community Manager for being such an instrumental reason for why we decided to choose The Oasis Anaheim. I am a HUGE fan of great customer service and her very high/positive energy working with my wife and I was absolutely infectious and the way she interacted with us along with how knowledgeable she was of the property and all of its amenities truly made us move the Oasis to the top of our list. It honestly was one of the most pleasant, enjoyable and memorable experiences we encountered in our apartment search. Thank you Courtney for being a very large part of why we had such a smooth transition moving all the way across the country to be closer to both of our children. After having lived here for a while now, I must say that we are extremely happy here at The Oasis Anaheim and strongly recommend living here. We have a fabulous maintenance team of Moises, Peter and Dom who stay on top of issues and requests and are all super friendly along with a very accommodating and helpful front office team of Carol, Katrina and Emily. It’s in a great location, nice and quiet and people here are very friendly. Our unit is everything and we could not ask for anything more in an apartment! It’s all updated, new appliances, huge bathrooms and closets and the open floor plan makes us feel absolutely like we are home. ~JB

Great location. The maintenance staff is amazing, Moises always goes out of his way to make sure things are done properly and will always check in to make sure request are completed when he doesn’t do it himself. Very friendly place.

My husband and I have been living here for 5 years and recently upgraded to a larger unit for our 6th year. We love it here and have had great experiences in the past and currently with management but in any apartment when things go wrong it’s up to maintenance to fix things. Moises is so accommodating and always makes sure the repairs get done quickly and correctly when anything goes wrong. Thanks to the staff for always being helpful. Come take a tour if you’re even moderately curious about these apartments because the amenities are amazing and the residents are really nice.

Been here for 5 months best place I lived at in a long time The neighbors are friendly that Management team you have a issue it gets fix right away yes I would Recommend this place to other people

Just moved in a few weeks ago and so far it’s been great the oasis is really nice. I’m thankful to Courtney for helping us out and really working with us to make the move in process that much easier.

I have lived here for a little bit over a year and I love it! The residents are great and the staff is also very attentive and helpful. Moises from the maintenance crew, is very personable and has always been quick to reply and incredibly helpful!

We are so happy here at the Oasis Anaheim. From Courtney to Moses, Peter, Dom and Fransisco they have made living here feel like home.

I have been a resident at the OASIS for more than a year now and I will be transferring to a larger unit because I am pleased with the community and management. I am big on customer service and I have good experience with the OASIS team from Emily at the front office very accommodating and kind to answer all my questions, Courtney the community mgr is super nice and very considerate on our request and gives us the best options, Moises and the whole maintenance team very efficient and reliable when we have repair work needs. The area is very kid friendly and safe as well. I recommend living here - it may be expensive but you get what you pay for with the amenities and upgrades.
